The 17th meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of the Regional Centre on Small Arms and Light Weapons (RECSA), will be held in Kigali, Rwanda.The meeting is organized in accordance with the agreement establishing RECSA,which designates the TAC as a key organ mandated to guide programme implementation,provide technical advice and strengthen coordination among 15 RECSA member States. The TAC is composed of Chiefs of Police, Permanent Secretaries and National Focal Point Coordinators responsible for matters related to small arms and light weapons within RECSA Member States. This composition ensures a comprehensive and coordinated approach that integrates policy, technical and operational perspectives.
